What do I do? – I help people.
I want to help people help themselves by looking within themselves. I teach people how to concentrate. Teach people how to not be attached to a label. Teach people to live in the moment.
I teach people how to become aware of their thoughts. I teach people how to control those thoughts. I teach people how to recognize their emotions and then learn to control them. I teach people how to turn their frustration into curiosity.
I teach people how to make goals. I teach people how to believe in themselves and increase self confidence, in turn learning how to trust themselves and their ability (whatever that may be). I teach people how to accept whatever moment they are currently in. I teach people how to focus imperviously, without distraction.
I teach people how to use the right side of their brain. I teach people how to make decisions. I teach people how to keep it simple and not care too much. I teach people the difference between acceptance and resistance.
I teach people how to practice with intent and purpose. I teach people how to find meaning in anything. I teach people how to learn from their past mistakes. I teach people how to self-improve. I train people to become intrinsically motivated. I teach people how to think the right way.
I teach people how to recognize that their thoughts are wrong more times than right. I want to teach enjoyment of experience.
